Got into slc on Thursday morn after an all night drive across the middle of nothing. Been having a blast hanging out with Britts and her ND friends here in park city. We've drank an s-load, laughed more and just had a blast.

Whirlwind Wyoming
I flew out to billings Montana on tues morning after working a double homicide that night, a much needed break really. As soon as Candice and her dobbie Apollo picked me up it was game on!

Well we did it. We are moved in. All my crap and a bit of her crap...yes, I have a lot of shit. But we moved from SF...then we left right off the bat. We went to NOLA and a frickin' blast. My Aunt Wanda called me, which she has never done, so I answered (just as I was pulling into the SJPD lot for a seminar) because I figured something had to be up. The funeral marathon is over. I did ok. I kept the tears to a minimum during both. Poppis went well, largest color guard anyone has seen and a wonderful tribute to a world war 2 vet. The presentation of the colors and taps were hard to handle, but when the officer of the day handed me the shells from the 21 gun salute, I let a tear or two really ( Read more... ) -
