My favourite snack food.

Requires:
Tofu
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Spring onions

Cut the tofu up into small chunks and soak in soy sauce for 10-20 mins. Fry with spring onions in a little of the oil until crispy.

It's also nice with added chilies.
