Well. My hair is chopped...shorter than I would have liked, but, oh well, I suppose. Apparently "right at your shoulders" and even measuring out and pointing out exactly where 10 inches is (just below my shoulders) doesn't mean quite the same thing to me as it did to the hairdresser.
