Because you haven't seen alot of gay dudes. Not every gay man has the fem voice/lisp. Your just seeing the ones that fall into the gay stereotype. Cause i'm sure you've seen some gay guys and didn't even know they were gay(why, because no fem voice/lisp).

Most scientists list(facts) that it starts in the gestation period, something splits off, then "here it issssss"(said with lisp).
