I finished my first placement for student-teaching on Thursday. Many of the kids were really say to see me go. I was also sad to leave my students. One student told me I was his favorite student-teacher. Apparently they get a lot of student-teachers at this school. One student asked me at the end of first period if I was gonna give "the speech." I've been somewhat remiss in my martial-arts training since moving to Buffalo. In order to remedy this, I started taking on a few students. Public schools start next week. I have to go met with my cooperating teacher for student teaching. For those who don't know, student teaching is like having a full-time teaching job.
