I really hate sprint's customer service, but I have had no problems with them since the storm.

I wouldn't go so far as to recommend them...but hey, my phone works!

I hate my sprint service. I have problems around BR. I don't know if its my phone or what. Real low signal at the office and at the house, I expected better signal when they merged with Nextel, but I didn't see any change. Julie has nextel, and her signal sucks at the house too. I was actually thinking of switching to cingular.

Sprint's service is ass, and their customer service is even worse. My brother and sister had Nextel for two years, and they had awful service, even though their coverage was supposed to be fantastic. (But Nextel is part of Sprint now right? All these stupid companies keep buying one another.) I have Cingular and have been pretty happy with them. You could just have a bum phone. Or your sim card could have gotten loose. Did you check that?
