everyone is getting so healthy lately. jeez, soon i'll be the only one smoking, drinking and eating pure crap on a regular basis.

What is wrong with salmon? It's very high in omega 3. Is it the Mercury?

It's considered "good" on SB with the Cavaet that you shouldn't have it often because of possible mercury issues.

well, its not that bad, but it's got the highest fat content of all fish.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one with the Salmon question. I also read that it wasn't the worst when it came to Mercury... but I could be getting that wrong.

Thanks for posting this. I feel like I've kinda been heading in this direction (with good results). I've cut out a lot of bad carbs, I eat less more often and get more protein.

The numbers thing sounds very tricky... I also don't know my lean body weight, but I figure it's not that far from yours. I'm just not sure if I can get that much protein in one day.
