17th of February
Before leaving to Kyoto, we quickly visited Forus once more and bought some necessary items :) (like pretty, pink eyeglass case and manekineko-calendar ^__^ ). We all slept long and then headed for the station to see Katri off to her return journey. At the bus some Japanese young men started to chat with us. If my memory serves me well, they thought we were from Peru :D Anyway, it was nice that they had the courage to talk in English. 15th of February
This day we attended to a chopsticks workshop from 10-15 o’clock. Katri had bought a return ticket for that day and she left early to the railway station, although she said she would try to change the ticket for the next day. 14th of February
On the previous night we had agreed with Katri to wake up early enough so that the cleaning lady could pick up the trash and wash the bathroom for the first time during our stay :) (Iina and Katri had exchanged rooms earlier so that the couple could have privacy.) We woke up late and had lunch at 食堂 again. Without wasting time to any unnecessary things we headed for the centre and the shops, yay! In Japan (part III)
12th of February
In the morning we paid a visit to the university’s 食堂 (shokudoo = lunchroom). I had curry and rice. The price of the meal is about the same as in Finnish university's lunchrooms. But the difference is that in Japanese lunchroom (also in most of the restaurants) you can drink hot or cold tea as much as you wish. That was awesome!

Our first morning in Japan started with a little failure with the alarm clock.
