Ten Years in the Fandom

Today marks my 10th year of being involved in furry. I remember the cold December night in 2004 when I was bored, looking at random things on the net, then someone mentions furries on a non-fur message board. I got curious and Googled “furry”, and things haven’t been the same since. Suddenly, I had this eureka moment hit me from out of nowhere

My involvement with the fandom has been inextricable, for better or for worse, since I discovered it in Spring or Summer of 2000, half a lifetime ago.

You have always been one of the most outgoing, friendliest, and down to Earth furs I've had the pleasure of knowing. Thank you for always having a kind word to share with this old codger. I wish you many more happy years being part of this crazy fandom when know as "Furry". *Hugs*

Oh wow, I was thinking you were in furry for a bit longer than me, I don't know how I came up with that idea XD I remember seeing you for the first time at AC 2005!
