The journal is "Physics Essays" which is put out by the American Institute of Physics. The title of the article is, "Gravitation as a self-movement of matter due to the exchange of gravitons."
If all else fails, see if you can find the email address for the first or last author, and ask if they will email you a copy. My review is in a relatively obscure journal, and I get email requests for it all the time.
I've already been in contact with the author, and he indicated that if I didn't have a subscription to the journal then I'd have to purchase it. Now, I didn't specifically ask for it for free from him, but that kind of feels skeezy to me. Thankfully, Mr(s). Anonymous-Wapple below found a convenient and free way to obtain said journal.
