I managed to get the paper through interlibrary loan today. I've made one pass through it so far. I think I need to read it once or twice more before I get into it, but it sounds reasonable so far, and the authors propose an experiment to verify some of their predictions, so I look forward to hearing about the results of those experiments (if the

So what's this mighty might paper all about?

It's a new theory of gravity. One of it's big predictions is that inertial mass and gravitational mass are not equal, as previously thought.

I'm still reading through it, but the base theory doesn't sound all that crack-potty. I'll be interested to read rebuttal papers, if any come out.
