For xmas, emily got me a cheesemaking kit from the New England Cheesemaking Supply Company. It's basically rennet, citric acid, salt and some cheese cloth with instructions. is there anything worse than artificial banana flavoring?

I'm so glad to have my cat. today is the first day off i've had in over a week and a half, and it's as comforting to me as i'm sure it is to him, to have had him in my lap pretty much all day.
