So...I found out today what is wrong with my stomach, which is good news because I can do something about it (and I can probably go to France!)! The bad news is, I'm very lactose intolerant. VERY. As in, the normal levels of lactase (the enzyme that digests lactose) is 24. If you're lactose intolerant, your level is usually 10-12. Mine is 3. ( Read more... )
