I know that I haven't been posting much since Axel got his Pelican last fall. Quite truthfully, I was afraid to post while waiting for Axel's Pelican, because he reads this Journal, and I was fearful that I would let something slip, and then he wouldn't be surprised. Thank you! I was really pleased with how the fit came out, too, and I was a bit worried about it because of your size. So trying it on you was a total delight.

Thanks so much, but that houpellande is really as simple as it gets, unless you're making a t-tunic or a Bocksten cote. There aren't even any dagges on the sleeves. Now the Baroness of Windmaster's Hill had on a gorgeous red houpe that I very much admired.

I am a little bummed that I couldnt Go, But I had TOO much to do at home. And it was a good thing Because I had a friend from Rhode Island Stop for dinner last night.

I am so jealous that you got to chill with Llyr and Grendal and Bors. They (and you) are some of my favorite people. Ah well Saphire joust will see us together I am sure.

I Blame Axel for the trouble as well. Clearly you wouldn't have needed to throw food if he was behaving himself properly. MEN! ;)

Hey, duckie...ah, I mean cousin, just remember that Sacred Stone is #6. Actually I did have a great time, despite that damned hill. On the last walk of the day I found a way around it, but by then it was pretty much too late. Ah, well, I'll be prepared for next time. If you ever stay in the cabins at Betsy Jeff Penn, try to get #5 or #6. Just saying.
