Domesticity and Star Trek - IDIC?

Well, I don't post much, do I? But I iz still alive, and keeping pretty well, if a bit sneezy, thank you for asking ♥

I've been generally busy with work, and school, and some nice people coming to visit me, but I've been dopey and lurky and short of coherent things to say - so no change there really ;-)

But a few topics seem worthy of remark

I'm glad to see that you're keeping well.

I've been a fan of Star Trek for about 12 years now and I went to see the new film, a week ago, I thought it was really entertaining and was most impressed with Carl Urban, as McCoy, he'd done his research well and had obviously watched some episodes in the past.

I really liked Karl Urban as Dr McCoy too - I first saw him as Julius Caesar in Xena, Warrior Princess - a splendidly intelligent baddie :-)

Also, 12 years, you iz young - I think I can add about 20 more to that!

*g* I got into Star Trek, when TNG started, I watched the films and OS after. DS9 is okay, but I never really got into Voyager or Enterprise.

I was scolded by my 2nd Grade teacher and called a clown for trying to draw Spock eyebrows on myself in 1966. I so, so, so loved this new movie after going in prepared to hate it for the changes it would wreak upon Trek continuity.
