They are never going to release a firm policy on this issue. Why? Because it would give them no wiggle-room. If a policy is set in stone, they have to follow it. Therefore, they're not going to set it in stone. They're going to keep hemming and hawing, and pussy-footing around the issue until we hopefully forget it, or give up on it and Go Away.

What they don't realize is we will take our money with us.
