But truly- the downside about being in theatre is that it is a vacuum. The upside is that you will NEVER be alone. You always will have a family, no matter how far away, fucked up, or dramatic it may be.
It is also wonderful that you have handled said family situations with strength and maturity.
Probably my biggest regret from the past couple of weeks was that I didn't have a decent goodbye thing with you. (Yes, yes, I'll see you again and all that but still.) But you seemed to be tilted into preoccupation by something, and I'm glad you're making peace with it. I know how it feels to have to deal with things like this without precedent, and I admire and am proud of your bravery. Love.
Also: Dude, I need that song. Immediately.
And also: I'm in London till the 28th. Any activity/theatre/bar recommendations?

London: hmm... I don't know what's still running. I think half of what I've seen was brought to the states in the last few months (Equus, Boeing-Boeing, the good Midsummer...) Pretty much everything I saw at the National was good, I'd check that out, and they have some deal running for ten pound tickets, which is pretty sweet. What's running right now? Anything jumping out?
