Well, my graduation ceremony was yesterday!!! I'm sorry I didn't say so in advance. After trying to graduate for so long, I wanted to be certain that I would be (before I got anyone excited about it). Even then, I wasn't certain I was going to graduate until Friday morning

At first, my major was in philosophy... until I got burned out.
I took a break from school for a semester and my life became very complicated.
Finally, my major was in History and my minor was in Sociology.
I was inexperienced and didn't do so well in an upper level History course. Today, I'd advise my younger self to drop the course (especially any in-major course where you get a bad start). Yet, at the time, my decision led to several semesters of "almost" graduating.
Another part of the problem is that in-major professors hold you (as a major in the subject) to a higher standard.
