I don't go to the gym any more since I got pinkeye there - Bally's. But I did invest in a set of P90X DVDs and they deliver as promised - best shape of my life. You do have to get some equipment but it's minimal - a set of barbells, a band, yoga mat if you don't have carpet. I highly recommend it if you are sick of your gym experience. oh yeah, you're working again! what do you do these days?

2) Go to the gym and try to lift the heaviest possible weight on every possible machine.
3) Your muscles won't know what to think!
P.S. When I first read that "a band" was a needed in order to make use of the P90X program, I was totally thinking Do you have to be in a band? Or does a band just have to be playing while you're working out?
