Now that the thought of her haunts me constantly, I am feeling regret for not taking action.

I miss her, and I do not even know her that well. What sense is coming out of this, I probably will not see her again. As far as I've heard, nobody from the college has seen her since last semester.

yeah, the thought has been lingering in my head for a while. Stating it helped me get it off of my mind (although I still wish I knew what happened to her, she just kinda disappeared).
