I can verify. The Delaware 'gate is frequently used as a target during Punkin Chunkin' season, leading those who have traveled through it to surmise that the natives at that address are the most technologically advanced bunch of morons yet encountered. (Of course, Punkin Chunkin is really an advanced weapons testing funded by the people who invented Delaware.)
