Wow, this is a great crosstalk. They're so funny! I was cracking up over their stories like Kouchi pouring coffee in his cup ramen and Taiga and Shintarou fighting over who had to take the cake to the girl XD

And their whole conversation about calmly calling the police is the best. What I wouldn't give for Bakaleya university, oh man. Or to have them on Busaiku! that would be so much fun.

also, now that I've read through, I think what's going on with "オチキャラ" is that they're calling Juri a punchline character. Like, if he were doing a skit with the girl, he'd go for something that was funny, rather than something cool or sweet.
