It was certainly gusty wasn’t it. No damage here thank goodness! I was expecting to loose some stuff in the garden but it’s fine.

This made me laugh, because I immediately thought of this:

A Brit, almost horizontal due to the gale, with leaves, twigs and litter smashing into their face, umbrella inside-out, eyebrows blown clean from their head and half-closed eyes watering with tears fiercely whipped away by the gust, is unable to resist uttering:
