okay so i failed miserably:

on monday i did my two bowls and a balanced meal(half a pizza is a blanced meal, right?) but then fell ill (thanks, boyfriend) so i decided to go to the union... and drank so much vodka and snakebite, so much so that when i got back to the house jen and i ate a huuuuge dominoes pizza. yes.

i think the special k diet is actually only aimed at people with a BMI over 30 - check the back of the pack if you don't believe me. isn't it weird how kellogg's promote one cereal as a meal replacement, and another (crunchy nut) as a snack?
