Argh your birthdays sound like our morning teas. no one here knows the meaning of healthy food. I walways bring fruit or something and it is one of the first things to go. And I so cannot keep myself from eating all the naughty food as well. I have to have a bit of everything!

I wish stress would make me lose weight. I just eat more and drink more alcohol when stressed, I think. Though, exercise is a great stress relief. I just need to be able to motivate myself to go to the gym after work on the occassions I cannot make it there before work. You would think going at 6.30 at night would be easier than getting up at 5.30am anyway!
