Hellll yeah..... Just got the call. My baby's back in fighting form for another year. To the casual onlooker she may not look like much, but my beautiful 1985 laser is so much more than just a car. So i'm back on the student/poverty bandwagon. Trying to see the big picture and all.. degrees may just be "pieces of paper" but i do need to finish.. but fucking hell i HATE the start of semester. RIP laser
So i'm guessing i've pissed off some higher power or something. Was feeling pretty good at 2.30pm. My cat's alive and chipper, $114 was a small price to pay. And my pride and joy, my 1985 ford laser was newly de-rusted, painted, cleaned, generally looking beautiful.. it was at the mechanic for a quick once over. Last day of project. Don't know whether i'm excited or terrified. Still lots more work to do. Fact that our whole network was down for 3 days and i was locked out of the vast majority of my reference material/resources i've spent better part of 2 months gathering has made this week more like an extreme sport than a job ( Read more... ) -
