a slight variation is:
10% save 10% pay off debts 10% give away / charity / tithe 10% invest 60% live off of
Be bold and courageous. When you look back on your life, you'll regret the things you didn't do more than the ones you did.
I like this one. If I never took the step to move to NY, I would still be sitting in Singapore wondering how life would be like. Even though life right here right now is not perfect, it's nice to know how it turned out & not left wondering!
Marry the right person. This one decision will determine 90% of your happiness or misery.
THIS ONE is so important. I've seen too many too many examples in Singapore and I just wonder sometimes, why in the hell would they marry that guy even though dating more than 3 years is a good guess of how both would end up. Is it all just a show of face??
I don't want to marry for the wrong reason and I don't want to compromise. My life would be miserable.
