I wonder if having skimmed milk instead of semi-skimmed in my tea will make up for the fact that I had malteasers for breakfast... again?

No

But if you put maltesers in milk of a mornign they probably count as sugar puffs?

I have a danish, chocolate croissant or (occasionally) a cooked breakfast, pretty much without fail. This is clearly not going to be good for me, but I just haven't been able to get the gumption together to buy cereal, given that no supermarket is on my route to work anymore.

Do you think having bran flakes at the weekend is enough to make up for it?

Oh yes. In fact, having bran flakes once in your life is probably enough to make up for it :)

Even if they're honey nut bran flakes?

But it's one of the six most important meals of the day!

Maybe. If you do skimmed milk for a year and not the Malteasers for a year.

No no no. This post isn't meant to actually relate to reality... it's a denial post! Can't you tell? :)
