hey hun! i usually try to eat foods that have more nutrient value in them.. like i restrict to 600 everyday, but i mean i could eat 2 chocolate bars.. .orr i could lots of other foods with more nutrition in them. so its a good idea.. i'll have to get some all bran.. i need the fiber. i hope ur feeling better soon! ur doing so awesome today! keep up the good work and think thin!
Exactly!!! I don't want to eat too much, but my body really starts to feel weird when I try to do a fast or I just eat like a some suckers and gum or something. I literally feel sick. I can't/don't want do anything then. But if I just have something with like fibre or calcium or vitamin c or something, doesnt have to be something with a lot of calories in it just something. That's why I wanted to know so badly about the multivitamins. I really want to get some.
Hey hun I love All Bran! Have you heard of their cereal bars? Very yummy and only 130 cals. They are so filling and take me forever to eat. They have 5 whole grams of fiber in them and come in honey oat flavor and brown sugar. hearts ash
