:D She's coming home today. I talked to her a little while ago, and she told me that the doctor diagnosed her illness as some sort of virus. My dad's still unconvinced though, and my mom and I are undecided. I just got yelled at by my uncle in Jersey. He basically got angry with me and told me that I'm supposed to contact mom's kids if and when I notice something's wrong with her health. That goes for dad too. Not like any of them give a damn about my dad anyway; after all, he's their step-father and they've stated their dislike of him on more than one ( Read more... )

There are certain things in life that always seem to make me feel better. Mine just happens to be Popcorn. My mom used to make it for me all the time when I was a little girl. I used to love hearing the popping sounds the kernels made, but then I'd never eat more than half of it. Usually my cousin or dad would end up eating more than I did anyway ( Read more... )
