I hate myself today....
Despite the treatment, medication, etc. I just can't handle it. I hate myself today; I'm deeply depressed. I don't know why. It's happening at work so it's difficult to focus on my job.
Sigh. Don't know what to do. Too many years of this.

Friend dropped me like a hot potato.
No idea what I could have done. I'm loyal to a fault & a horrible liar would send me off. But as to why she wouldn't call me, but sent an email to a secondary address & then ditched me on all social media. And, of course, the phone calls go directly to VMS.
Spooked & sad because I just lost my cat.
What a Christmas this is turning out to be.

So my shrink asks me if I really believe the diagnosis of Bipolar 2.0 or something like that. He was curious if I recalled the testing; I didn't.
Been off Valproic for nearly a week. .... spacing or right now. Guess I should believe that diagnosis. 😲

Long weeks when you're depressed
Seems like it's been forever since I've been as depressed as I have been lately. Two weeks ago, I wasn't sure if I was going to make it. And it doesn't help that I ran out of one of my meds. (Mania and anger aren't a good mix)
But along came GISHWHES. I'd forgotten that I'd signed up and I was going to just ignore it.
