Today I found Shankar, one of our feral cats, dead in the snow. I'd been worried about him because of the bad weather and because he was limping a couple of days ago and didn't seem to be feeling well. *sigh* Life for outdoor cats is hard at best. At least they got food and some medical attention from you.
Hopefully a new "family" will move in and get some some of that good stuff from you.

How beautiful. I love the colorings and markings, blue or lilac point or whatever it is.

We have coyotes in our neighborhood now, so I shudder to think about feral cats surviving. Although a truly feral cat probably has some savvy and defense as opposed to someone's pet who happens to be outside.
