Well well well...it certainly has been some time hasn't it? I am home for Christmas break and nearing the end of my 10 days in Hastings as I go home on the 2nd. This weekend has been funny. Just lots of fun things, which makes me happy. I do however, need to make friends who actually still go to Millikin...or maybe I dont, then leaving will be easier;) I watched Mr. Rogers this morning, and also this show called "Boohbah" It was totally messed up beyond all belief. i am surprised by how my life is going at this point. it is not really what i expected it to be like, it seems everything is changing, or has been changing since spring semester. change is difficult, especially when you begin to realize that you never had any control over how things go. it is also hard when you are not the one changing. but i ( Read more... )

last weekend i worked over 40 hours in 5 days. i worked thursday and friday night, saturday straight through the day for 10 hours, a double equalling about 12 hours on sunday (which was an awful day of extremely rude customers) and a double on monday equalling around 10 hours. on monday night as i was driving home i couldn't feel my feet. that ( Read more... )

I was over at the neighbor's pool today and the girl, Sarah, who is going into 9th grade had two friends over. Well, there was just one when I got there, and then the other one came later.
