So many things about this were good. Really, the snarky banter, on-point characterization, fantastic sex. I adore it.

This made me lol for obvious reasons:
“Oh - fuck,” he whispers, clearly stunned by this statement. “Sue - God.”

“I highly approve of all those words being in one sentence, buddy,” she tells him, calmly, and withdraws her hand, facing forward again.

So. True. <3

Man oh man, that was fantastic. Sue came across perfectly, a wonderful blend of sardonic and lonely. I also really thought you captured Emma well; the scene where she tells Sue off read like that scene in Bad Reputation where she calls Will out on his behavior. A+ job, gurl, I loved it.

I've noticed that I can't seem to stop writing Emma telling off Sue - it's just deeply satisfying on some level. So I'm glad her comments rang true!

Ah, I love everything about this. I love how you drop in other characters, I love Sue's lines, Will's earnestness. I really love how Sue can be vulnerable and still retain enough pride to insult Will. I found it poignant.

Also, are you secretly Ian Brennan? Just wondering. :P
