Went to Zwolle to see my dad in the hospital today. I was nervous as hell and worried, but when I got there he was sitting in the hallway, fully dressed and normal-looking, chatting on his cell phone. I felt better immediately.

Turns out he did have a heart attack, not a very mild one but not a very severe one either. We're waiting for some tests to

After a heart attack, my dad would probably complain about needing to cut the grass or something. Fathers are interesting creatures. I hope yours gets better soon.

I just talked to him (he got home yesterday). He admitted breaking the rules and trying to grade some papers- and he was actually SURPRISED when he couldn't concentrate very well. Some people are incorrigable. (incorrigible?)
