I am trying so hard to fast. I not eating as often as possible, and I am doing two mile runs everyday. I am still stuck at the same weight (132)! I hate plateaus! I just need to lose all this disgusting-ness! God this is frustrating.

So I saw my ex yesterday. It made me feel like crap.I couldn't look at him the whole time and my stood in his line of view.
