Does it really HAVE to be stupid driver in the greater Seattle area EVERY day? Can't the moron's take a break from time to time? There is nothing more fun than getting behind a person doing 15 in a 40 mph zone.

I don't know... Getting behind someone in the HOV lane at morning rush hour who refuses to go faster than 50 when the HOV lane IS WIDE FUCKING OPEN IN FRONT OF THEM!!!!!

I moved from the South End to the North End. In the North End, people weirdly drive much slower. Like people doing 40-50mph on I-5 at 11pm for no reason. This happens regularly up here in Shoreline. It's very odd.
