Sheye’s White Bean, Herb, and Bacon Soup
Removing the bacon, removes 2.6gms of fat and the 3.6mg of cholesterol and does not change much in the vitamin counts. Also, use a vegan "chicken" boullion and it's easily adapted as vegan/vegetarian.
