After Canada was the 2 weeks of the summer school in Abingdon, just south of Oxford. I thought it was going to be awful - 2 weeks of lectures, classes, tutorials and question sheets. Well, despite the weather being a bit icky this morning, we went to Killarney today (sp??) - it's essentially a very pretty lake, with a village nearby that has apparently the "best fish 'n' chips in Canada".
