Looks like the truck crossing (Exit 275) is the way to go when crossing the border to and from Canada. Not as scenic as the Peace Arch, but the wait times are significantly less. My workday just ended.

Ultimate procrastinator. It's an hour before midnight on the last day of my six day break, and I'm finally feeling the urge to do some real cleanup. The place is still a mess; clothes meant for Goodwill are still sitting in a pile, and I've still got mounds of paperwork and mail to sort through.
