Today was an interesting day. We had a big staff meeting here at work and basically talked about all of our upcoming trips and such. I again had to fight to not go to Mexico for a few weeks this month. That is one thing that just doesn't make sense to me. My role of working in the office here seems to get stretched to other things if I let it. I

you know it is weird how as friends could not possibly know everything about our friends. but still God lets us see enough to encourage. i know i have not seen everything that you have gone through living here in el paso. but...God has allowed me to see enough to know that you are a pretty brave/strong/daring person. I think God loves people who can challenge him on a dare and he never dissapoints in his reward. not that we should do it for the reward because the reward is not what normally imagine it to be, but it is perfectly what we need. (Amen?. I look at you Elissa and i could not imagine walking a day in your shoes. (NOw that is not an insult but a compliment). YOu have ventured to say yes to God's crazy will for your life ( and boy are His plans insanely amazing in their creation, if that makes any sense). I know that times are hard and have been hard. but there is a scripture that says "hope does not disappoint because the love of god has been poured into our heart by the holy spirit". you seriously kick some wicked
