Well, we put another offer on another house. Realtor!Kevin says that we should hear back tomorrow morning, maybe. I hope so. I'd love if we could get this squirreled away!

It's in Minneapolis. Which is kind of a bummer. But...... Oh well. It's a nice house.

Well, let's see. It's a four bedroom home. The main floor has three of the bedrooms, and a living room area that is connected to the dining area, with a kitchen as well. It's kind of an open space area, but built in cabinets kind of separate it into those areas. There's a sun room that has a HUGE amount of built in shelves, and a door that leads outside and down some steps to the patio.

The lower floor has the last bedroom, and a rec area. If we get it we'd probably try and put a bar in. The one really awkward thing is that to be able to say that the house was three bathrooms, the owners put a toilet and a shower in the laundry room, and they're just kind of sitting out in the open??? We'd either put up a wall there to make a third bathroom, or we'd just take it out completely.

Ooh, it sounds really nice! That downstairs bathroom does sound awkward though, no walls? STRANGE. But I have seen home shows with even weirder though. :o One house these people were looking at had like six bathrooms, and none of them had walls on them. IT WAS REALLY WEIRD. I don't get it. :o

Never underestimate teh weirdness of house designs. I've seen enough strange shit to fill a book. The bathroom/laundry room was okay enough that we still put an offer out, hahaha.

And they counter offered! So this means business!!!!
