That is really freaking weird. I mean, besides the pissing on the lawn thing. If he doesn't want people seeing onto his deck, maybe he should think about investing in a covered porch? But I'd definitely be suspicious of the whole underage party house thing. :/

Yeah, I'm very skeptical about this dude. I am hoping that since winter is coming I will be seeing less and less of him. But yeah, he's a super weird fella. Apparently when he and Erik talked he gave Erik a tour of the house and I guess it's impossible to get out without going through the entirety of the house. Seriously weird.
