Reading "His Needs, Her Needs" by Willard Harley Jr as part of the marriage preparation course.  It's quite enlightening, and demystifies the male psyche somewhat.

The thing that struck me the most was that in general, men place greater importance on having their partners accompany them in recreational activities, whereas women generally feel that conversation is more important. Certain things are making more sense now! ^_^

That would explain why doubt72 tries so hard to get me to do hiking etc!

Lol! That might explain all the hiking photos lately.
I'm being asked to do kendo or taekwondo. Hmmm, maybe one day I'll decide it's my thing, but not right now.
