I found the 'order' by which you put the stories together refreshing (i.e. the 'Annie said yes' part was somewhere in the middle, and the rest were Jeff's yeses)... when Jeff asked Annie on a date, I found myself going back and counting --- was it 5 times already? :) Needless to say, I really enjoyed this.

And much love for the use of James Joyce and Shel Silverstein (although I do love 'Ulysses' and 'A Light In the Attic' more)... if 'To Kill A Mockingbird' was there too, I really would've felt that this was destiny!!! Hahaha... too cheesy... just wanted to say I love this!

Ha! I like 'A Light In The Attic' better too, but thought the other was a more recognizable title. And I actually included 'Finnegan's Wake' because it was the weirdest book I've ever read.

I'm glad you liked the order. Actually, the story progressed at it's own pace and that's where it felt like putting her 'yes' I guess. Thank you for reading!

I'll check out 'Finnegan's Wake' soon. Thank you for putting that idea in my head!

SO good!

But saying that to you is like saying "The sky is blue" and having people be surprised by it.

"fifty years of dating" Jeff has been dating for 50 years!! DAMN!

"that was had been" - one

"as the boys wrestles nearby" - wrestled

OMG, the very idea of Jeff ans Annie sitting through Kung Fu Panda, AMAZING!

“You were giving me…the eyes,” he stated pointedly. “What was I gonna do?”
This may possibly be my favorite sentence you have ever written. Seriously, the neglected fangirl in me squeed over this line.

*Sigh*
This was beautiful. Nice to have a vacation from the angst fest that currently is your other story. Rich at Annie's door, Jeff at (we have no idea but think it is probably Pierce's door) it makes my head spin.

As usual, you impress me with your characterization and I continue to look forward to what you will write next.

'Jeff ans Annie'- one!

I cannot believe I got to do that ;)

Thank you so much! This was really super relaxing to write and I hope to read. Something about Jeff taking Annie to see Kung Fu Panda just because he knew she would want to see it was so cute I did it even though I felt weird for going to the Jack Black place.

And I promise at some point that other thing I'm doing will become more light-hearted. Thanks for reading!

I totally heard Britta when you said that!

I think her hand gesture sells it. LOL.

I was doing the hand gesture, you just couldn't see it.

Believe me, if wishing made it so... But when I win my first prestigious award for writing, which is nowhere close to my profession, I will cite you by name in my acceptance speech.

Thanks for reading!

I have so much love for this story ... wow ... this was so awesome and amazing that I have already read it at least 3 times ! lol

It wasn't too fluffy, there was an amazing balance that made everything believable ! I'm so picky when it comes to characterization but your stories never disappointed me, all the dialogue and details, made me imagine all the scenes you wrote like I was actually watching the show ! I think the reason I love your writing SO MUCH is because it's really realistic, I can totally picture Jeff and Annie saying and doing everything you described!

Fave lines :
