This is just phenomenal! I'm actually having problems articulating just how much I adored this fic - so let me put it this way...when I first read it last night, I was so engrossed that I actually managed to MISS the beginning of Community. How's that for awesome?

You've captured the Jeff/Annie relationship remarkably well...as well as the characters individually! Everything rang true - their thoughts, emotions, motivations, repartee...every scene!
Like many have already pointed out, the scene with Jeff and Annie in the kitchen is devastating. As Annie's eyes welled up, so did mine. Your insight into these two is fantastic and so very well written.
This story is definitely one of my favourites and you can bet this isn't the last time I'll be back to read it :)
Wow... I can't even...just, amazing. I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said. This is some of the best writing and characterization of not only any Jeff/Annie fic I've ever read, but of any fic period! I'm not exaggerating, this is unbelievably good. You explained why they couldn't be together because of what they want/didn't want, but that in the end they fell anyway. It was just so real. I really hope you write more Jeff/Annie!! Adding this to my memories :D
I'm really flattered that you liked it! I feel like on paper, there is a lot more in the con column for these two, and they have a lot to overcome for it to be something real, and I didn't really want it to be so easy.
This was just, well, actually amazing. I love how in character they were, and the writing somehow managed to be both romantic and subtle. This may be one of my favorite Community fics ever.

I'm really glad you liked the kitchen scene. That is the one that almost got deleted several times. I thought it was maybe too sad and unresolved.
