It's official - UC Davis has admitted me so I am off to the left coast! This means I have two weeks to get everything ready before de_wolf and I head to Japan for 2.5 weeks. Then I need the movers to come right away to get my stuff and then I drive off to California around June 1st. Yipes! Before the Japan trip, I'm looking for some help to get ( Read more... )

How long did it take you to drive from Davis to DC? I'm plotting the drive and would love personal experience to join to the yahoo maps info!

I did the drive in 5 days with a friend, switching drivers, because my friend needed to be back in CA in six days. I do not recommend the five days unless you have to.
