My best friend Ter (ter369) passed away peacefully this afternoon, at the age of 52. She had been very ill since June, with an extremely aggressive form of uterine cancer. Oh man. I'm glad you had each other, and that you've shared this. I'm sorry for your loss and the loss of everyone who knew and loved her.

PS. I do know the names of my baristas at the local roastery, and tomorrow morning I will salute you and Ter with my coffee.
