So... this weekend, I was sent two more jobs by a single recruiter -- both of which are in Boston and are only 5 month contracts. *sigh* Thanks a lot ( Read more... )

believe it or not, your diet may be to blame...I have awesome results with rugrat and smelly man (when I can get away with it). Maybe we should try it.

What changes to diet did you find were helping? I would certainly rather have food changes than yet more chemicals... unless we are talking chocolate. I need my chocolate. :)

First, you need to keep a log of everything you eat for like a week or two. During that time, take 1 capsule of Kelp daily and double up on your Flintstones (as long as they don't have Iron). If you are not much improved, we need to look at food causing you issues.

:) I am actually kicking around the idea of writing a book on this stuff.

Hmm. Okie. Well... I stopped taking vitamins a while ago. I guess I need to start those back up, huh? :) The diary is the easy part. I can start that tomorrow.
