The kitten is named M. Mouse, for he is Mighty.

he is adjusting well, and Smoke and Midnight are talking to us again.  they still watch the kitten warily.  Kitten mostly hides when allowed in the rest of the house, but in his room, he's a reigning terror.

NEW KITTEN!!!

his name is not decided, but we are leaning towards "Jasper."  He is 8-9 weeks old, and we got him at the shelter yesterday. Midnight is cautious and curious... Smoke is not talking to us.

Today i got training to be a leader for the "River Lab" Science field trip for Allie's Class.  As a volunteer, i also agree to go to 3 other class field trips.  It's a pretty nifty program that takes kids 3-6 grade in a progressive understanding of a River Basin System and how it works ecologically, and what it's impact on humans is (and vice-versa ( Read more... )
